Description
The Chime frame is handmade from the ends of the whisky barrel staves and can be freestanding or wall-mounted.
The front features a window for a 4 x 6-inch photo in portrait orientation which is held in place with copper screws on a background of Harris tweed. The back of the frame includes the original barrel croze which provides the grooves for heads of the cask.
As the frames are made from reclaimed weathered casks, textures and overall dimensions will vary slightly from frame to frame making each one truly unique!
Every Chime frame is hand-numbered and entered into Whisky Frame’s online origin archive. The archive includes the name of the distillery or cooperage of each frame’s barrel.
